Dopo aver seguito HP sui social per qualche anno, guardando i viaggi e desiderando di poterci andare un giorno, l'anno scorso ho fatto il mio primo viaggio. Era la prima volta che partecipavo a qualcosa di lavorativo o di gruppo organizzato ed ero emozionata (e un po' nervosa) all'idea di conoscere nuove persone, vivere nuovi luoghi e cercare di trovare un equilibrio tra essere produttiva e stare lontana da casa. Ho adorato assolutamente l'esperienza, ho conosciuto persone fantastiche e i due facilitatori dei miei viaggi (Juan & Cash) sono miei amici ancora oggi, mi mancano!!
Il mio viaggio è iniziato a Lisbona ed è stato bellissimo avere l'itinerario già tutto delineato con così tante cose belle e interessanti da fare e vedere. Non c'è modo che avrei avuto così tante esperienze ricche e autentiche se la pianificazione fosse dipesa da me! Erano tutti davvero simpatici e c'è una vibrazione davvero fantastica con gli altri membri della community, che comprendeva un'ampia gamma di persone con interessi e budget diversi - tutti uniti magistralmente dai nostri facilitatori come una grande famiglia. Mi è piaciuto così tanto che ho prolungato il mio primo viaggio e ho partecipato al successivo a Spalato, in Croazia, il mese seguente. Quest'anno spero di fare un altro viaggio (o due!) e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque stia pensando di farlo. Magari ci vediamo al prossimo! ✌️✈️

After following HP on social media for a few years, looking at the trips and wishing I could try it someday, last year I went on my first trip. It was my first time taking a working or organised group thing and I was excited (and a little nervous) about meeting new people, experiencing new locations and trying to find some balance with being productive while away from home. I absolutely loved the experience, I met some amazing people and the two facilitators on my trips (Juan & Cash) are my friends to this day, I miss them!!
My trip started in Lisbon and it was brilliant to have the itinerary all mapped out with so many cool and interesting things to do & see. There’s no way I would have had so many rich and authentic experiences if the planning was down to me! Everybody was really nice and it’s a really great vibe with other members of the community, which included a broad range of people with varying interests and budgets - all brought together expertly by our facilitators like one big family. I enjoyed it so much I extended my first trip and went on to join the next one in Split, Croatia the following month. This year I hope to do another trip (or two!) and I highly recommend it to anybody that might be considering it. Might see you on the next one! ✌️✈️
