Después de seguir a HP en redes sociales durante unos años, mirando los viajes y deseando poder probarlo algún día, el año pasado hice mi primer viaje. Era la primera vez que hacía algo de trabajo u organizado en grupo y estaba emocionada (y un poco nerviosa) por conocer gente nueva, vivir nuevos lugares e intentar encontrar algo de equilibrio entre ser productiva y estar lejos de casa. Me encantó la experiencia, conocí a gente increíble y los dos facilitadores de mis viajes (Juan y Cash) son mis amigos hasta hoy, ¡¡los echo de menos!!
Mi viaje empezó en Lisboa y fue genial tener el itinerario ya trazado, con tantas cosas chulas e interesantes que hacer y ver. ¡No hay manera de que hubiera tenido tantas experiencias ricas y auténticas si la planificación hubiera dependido de mí! Todos eran muy simpáticos y hay muy buen rollo con otros miembros de la comunidad, que incluía a un amplio abanico de personas con intereses y presupuestos diversos, todos reunidos con maestría por nuestros facilitadores como una gran familia. Lo disfruté tanto que amplié mi primer viaje y me uní al siguiente en Split, Croacia, al mes siguiente. Este año espero hacer otro viaje (¡o dos!) y lo recomiendo mucho a cualquiera que lo esté considerando. ¡A lo mejor nos vemos en el próximo! ✌️✈️

After following HP on social media for a few years, looking at the trips and wishing I could try it someday, last year I went on my first trip. It was my first time taking a working or organised group thing and I was excited (and a little nervous) about meeting new people, experiencing new locations and trying to find some balance with being productive while away from home. I absolutely loved the experience, I met some amazing people and the two facilitators on my trips (Juan & Cash) are my friends to this day, I miss them!!
My trip started in Lisbon and it was brilliant to have the itinerary all mapped out with so many cool and interesting things to do & see. There’s no way I would have had so many rich and authentic experiences if the planning was down to me! Everybody was really nice and it’s a really great vibe with other members of the community, which included a broad range of people with varying interests and budgets - all brought together expertly by our facilitators like one big family. I enjoyed it so much I extended my first trip and went on to join the next one in Split, Croatia the following month. This year I hope to do another trip (or two!) and I highly recommend it to anybody that might be considering it. Might see you on the next one! ✌️✈️
