Che bel mese in Costa Rica. È stata un'ottima esperienza staccare dal caos e crearsi una routine solida. Sam è stata la migliore facilitatrice di sempre. Si è presa davvero tempo ed energie per assicurarsi che tutto funzionasse alla perfezione e che ci divertissimo. Mi è piaciuto anche allenarmi con Sam, era una grande motivatrice quando si trattava di tenersi in forma e attivi, è arrivata persino a lanciare una sfida di camminate. Il gruppo era piccolo ma tosto e andavamo tutti molto d'accordo!

Non vedo l'ora di fare un altro viaggio l'anno prossimo !

What a great month in Costa Rica. It was a great experience to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and form a solid routine. Sam was the best facilitator ever. She really took the time and energy to ensure everything operated smoothly and that we had a great time. Also loved working out with Sam, she was such a motivator when it came to being fit and active, even went as far to start a walking challenge. The group was small but mighty and everyone got on really well!

Excited to do another trip next year !
