Qué gran mes en Costa Rica. Fue una experiencia estupenda desconectar del ajetreo y crear una rutina sólida. Sam fue la mejor facilitadora de todas. De verdad dedicó tiempo y energía a asegurarse de que todo funcionara sin problemas y de que lo pasáramos genial. También me encantó entrenar con Sam, era una gran motivadora para estar en forma y activos, incluso llegó a empezar un reto de caminar. El grupo era pequeño pero poderoso y todos nos llevamos muy bien.

¡Con ganas de hacer otro viaje el año que viene!

What a great month in Costa Rica. It was a great experience to disconnect from the hustle and bustle and form a solid routine. Sam was the best facilitator ever. She really took the time and energy to ensure everything operated smoothly and that we had a great time. Also loved working out with Sam, she was such a motivator when it came to being fit and active, even went as far to start a walking challenge. The group was small but mighty and everyone got on really well!

Excited to do another trip next year !
