Ottima idea, eseguita male. Lo rifarò sicuramente, ma mai più con Unsettled. (Ci sono diverse aziende che fanno la stessa cosa.) Ho avuto numerosi problemi con WiFi, alloggio e altra logistica. Il servizio clienti o il supporto da parte del nostro group lead era molto carente (persino scortese) e cose che ci era stato detto fossero incluse le abbiamo finite per pagare di tasca nostra. Hanno promesso troppo e mantenuto troppo poco e molti dei dettagli del sito web e delle aspettative create erano falsi. Gli unici aspetti positivi sono state le persone e la città, due cose fuori dal loro controllo! In sintesi: fatelo! ...ma con un’altra azienda.

Great idea, poorly executed. Will definitely do this again, but never again with Unsettled. (There are a number of companies that do this same thing.) Had numerous issues with WiFi, housing, and other logistics. The customer-service or support from our group lead was significantly lacking (even, rude) and things that we were told were included, we ended up paying for out-of-pocket. They over promised and under delivered and many of the website details and expectations that were set were false. The only positive pieces were the people and the city - two things outside of their control! Bottom line: Do it! ...but with a different company.
