Super idée, mal exécutée. Je referai certainement ça, mais plus jamais avec Unsettled. (Il y a un certain nombre d’entreprises qui font la même chose.) Nombreux problèmes avec le WiFi, le logement et d’autres aspects logistiques. Le service client ou le support de notre chef de groupe était nettement insuffisant (voire impoli) et des choses qu’on nous avait dit être incluses, nous avons fini par les payer de notre poche. Ils ont trop promis et sous-livré et beaucoup des détails du site web et des attentes fixées étaient faux. Les seuls points positifs étaient les gens et la ville, deux choses hors de leur contrôle ! En résumé : Faites-le ! ...mais avec une autre entreprise.

Great idea, poorly executed. Will definitely do this again, but never again with Unsettled. (There are a number of companies that do this same thing.) Had numerous issues with WiFi, housing, and other logistics. The customer-service or support from our group lead was significantly lacking (even, rude) and things that we were told were included, we ended up paying for out-of-pocket. They over promised and under delivered and many of the website details and expectations that were set were false. The only positive pieces were the people and the city - two things outside of their control! Bottom line: Do it! ...but with a different company.
