Gran idea, mal ejecutada. Sin duda volveré a hacer esto, pero nunca más con Unsettled. (Hay varias empresas que hacen lo mismo.) Tuvimos numerosos problemas con el WiFi, el alojamiento y otra logística. La atención al cliente o el soporte de nuestro líder de grupo fue claramente deficiente (incluso grosero) y cosas que nos dijeron que estaban incluidas acabamos pagándolas de nuestro bolsillo. Prometieron de más y entregaron de menos y muchos de los detalles de la web y las expectativas que se fijaron eran falsos. Lo único positivo fueron la gente y la ciudad: ¡dos cosas fuera de su control! Conclusión: ¡Hazlo! ...pero con otra empresa.

Great idea, poorly executed. Will definitely do this again, but never again with Unsettled. (There are a number of companies that do this same thing.) Had numerous issues with WiFi, housing, and other logistics. The customer-service or support from our group lead was significantly lacking (even, rude) and things that we were told were included, we ended up paying for out-of-pocket. They over promised and under delivered and many of the website details and expectations that were set were false. The only positive pieces were the people and the city - two things outside of their control! Bottom line: Do it! ...but with a different company.
