Ich hatte so eine tolle Erfahrung bei Awake Siargao — sie hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen. Rem, die Gründerin, gibt den Ton komplett vor. Sie ist super herzlich, einladend und hat einfach diese echt sprudelnde Energie, bei der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Man merkt, dass sie sich viele Gedanken über das gesamte Programm gemacht hat, und das zeigt sich in jedem Detail.

Die Surflehrer waren auch großartig — wirklich versiert, geduldig und ermutigend. Was am meisten auffiel, ist, wie das ganze Team zusammenarbeitet, damit du je nach den Bedingungen des Tages immer am besten Surfspot bist.

Einer der coolsten Aspekte war, wie untouristisch sich alles anfühlte. Wir sind sogar zu einer ziemlich abgelegenen Insel gefahren, wo im Grunde keine anderen Leute waren, was die ganze Reise richtig besonders und einzigartig machte.

Rem hat auch auf der ganzen Reise unglaubliche Restaurants ausgesucht, auf jede Mahlzeit konnte man sich freuen, und sie tut wirklich mehr als nötig, damit sich alle wohlfühlen und eine gute Zeit haben. Es fühlte sich einfach richtig durchdacht und gut zusammengestellt an.

I had such a great experience at Awake Siargao — it really exceeded my expectations. Rem, the founder, completely sets the tone. She’s super warm, welcoming, and just has this genuinely bubbly energy that makes you feel comfortable right away. You can tell she’s put a ton of thought into the whole program, and it shows in every detail.

The surf instructors were also amazing — really skilled, patient, and encouraging. What stood out most is how the whole team works together to make sure you’re always at the best surf spot depending on the conditions that day.

One of the coolest parts was how non-touristy everything felt. We even went out to a pretty remote island where there were basically no other people around, which made the whole trip feel really special and unique.

Rem also picked incredible restaurants throughout the trip, every meal was something to look forward to and she genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable and having a good time. It just felt really thoughtful and well put together.
