What an enchanting experience! Looking for something different to do, I booked for myself and my father to do a halloumi workshop. We were greeted so warmly by Sara, Tassos and Marula and were treat like old friends. They truly are salt of the earth people. We were given so much interesting information on the charming local area and the goodies they make here. It was finished by sampling a beautiful selection of those goodies! A fantastic way to spend the morning, this would appeal to all ages. Thank you once again and I hope your amazing business continues to flourish.

We spent 5 days at Aperanti for a cookery and food experience. Sara and Tassos couldn’t have done any more to make our stay better. The cookery lessons were great fun, we loved making halloumi. The food we had during our stay was excellent, all local products and beautifully presented. Our room was very comfortable, lovely clean and comfortable beds and nicely furnished in traditional style. Sara and Tassos spent time showing us the local area and adding to our experience by guiding us through the local flora and fauna. They are very knowledgeable and rightly proud of the area. If you are looking for a stay that introduces you to the real side of Cyprus, with excellent food and time to learn how to cook it don’t hesitate to stay at Aperanti.

Loved everything about staying here. The cooking classes, the historic village, the food and the hospitality, this place is a credit to Cyprus.
