Recently, iโve been trying to cancel my membership and switch to the free version since i no longer wanted to pay for the subscription. however, iโm unable to remove my card, and theyโve charged me through an automatic deduction. when i reached out via email to request a refund, they claimed they couldnโt process it because itโs been more than three days since the invoice. but itโs their fault for taking too long to respond, and i have the receipts and everything showing how long they took. now iโm stuck in this situation, even though itโs not my mistake. their customer service is terrible.if you want to see them or have a look at them i am open to showing it to you guys :)) screw notion
