Recently, Iโ€™ve been trying to cancel my membership and switch to the free version since I no longer wanted to pay for the subscription. However, Iโ€™m unable to remove my card, and theyโ€™ve charged me through an automatic deduction. When I reached out via email to request a refund, they claimed they couldnโ€™t process it because itโ€™s been more than three days since the invoice. But itโ€™s their fault for taking too long to respond, and I have the receipts and everything showing how long they took. Now Iโ€™m stuck in this situation, even though itโ€™s not my mistake. Their customer service is terrible.

If you want to see them or have a look at them I am open to showing it to you guys :)) screw notion
