Recently, iโ€™ve been trying to cancel my membership and switch to the free version since i no longer wanted to pay for the subscription. however, iโ€™m unable to remove my card, and theyโ€™ve charged me through an automatic deduction. when i reached out via email to request a refund, they claimed they couldnโ€™t process it because itโ€™s been more than three days since the invoice. but itโ€™s their fault for taking too long to respond, and i have the receipts and everything showing how long they took. now iโ€™m stuck in this situation, even though itโ€™s not my mistake. their customer service is terrible.if you want to see them or have a look at them i am open to showing it to you guys :)) screw notion
