Even if you cancel your subscription, don’t use the paid features, and even if your card is blocked – Notion will keep generating invoices and increase your debt.
I now owe €23 for two months, despite not using the service at all. I contacted support, asked to be downgraded to the free plan – nothing helped.
They just say: "It’s our policy."
📌 They block your access completely.
📌 You have to pay for a service you didn’t use.
📌 Even with no valid card or a blocked card, the debt keeps growing.
📌 They don’t stop the paid plan, even if no payment goes through!
This is a ridiculous and user-hostile policy.
I’m extremely disappointed. The product is great, but the billing system is dishonest and aggressive.
⚠️ Don’t fall for their subscription. You won’t be able to get out.
