Very bad experience. i was communicating with one of the landlords in lisbon. through nomadx then a message appeared that “my account was deactivated” this was after having a previous successful booking through nomads it is disappointing that this is how they treat their customers. they charge the customers a 10% in crease of the normal rent price every month.response: i was not the one messing around with the fees. in fact on of the landlord from your platform, contacted me direclty through facebook because they did not want to pay the fees. it was one of the landlords on your website. anyways, it is easy to find out who the landlords are because they are all on airbnb. the fees are too high, if they were lower people might be happy to pay them. good luck.
