Basically non-existent customer service and manipulative about it
They have some great classes but non existent customer service. Worst of all they are sneaky and manipulative about this deficit... their "customer support team" is just a chat bot with auto replies. There is NO PHONE NUMBER whatsoever and when you finally dig up an email address, you get what is clearly a generic, scripted reply without any interest in or resolution of your inquiry. Why the lack of access and all the pretending? It seems the way this company is run is not in keeping with the spirit of the services they offer. I just wanted to cancel monthly (get a refund for the $49 they just debited yesterday) and pay more to upgrade to an annual membership but now I will be canceling everything like I should have a long time ago. UPDATE: I finally got a real email back from Mindvalley and they resolved my issue. Upgrading my review from 1 star to 3... but still don't care for how determined I had to be to get any service.
