The Hybrid Tours is a sustainable and ethical travel company founded by humanitarians Hira and Sibu, two women from the Global Majority who believe travel should do more than tick boxes.
You don't have to choose between the sights that made you want to visit and the people, stories and histories most travelers never meet. You get both, which is why they call it hybrid. Through carefully curated itineraries, you see a country through the eyes of local and displaced communities. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, for example, you hear first hand from survivors of the war, as well as seeing its beautiful cities and nature.
Groups are kept small, so every trip stays immersive and personal. The Hybrid Tours only works with local enterprises, from guesthouses and guides to nonprofits and artisans, so the money stays with the communities who welcome you.
