They have some great classes but non existent customer service. Worst of all they are sneaky and manipulative about this deficit... their "customer support team" is just a chat bot with auto replies. There is NO PHONE NUMBER whatsoever and when you finally dig up an email address, you get what is clearly a generic, scripted reply without any interest in or resolution of your inquiry. Why the lack of access and all the pretending? It seems the way this company is run is not in keeping with the spirit of the services they offer. I just wanted to cancel monthly (get a refund for the $49 they just debited yesterday) and pay more to upgrade to an annual membership but now I will be canceling everything like I should have a long time ago. UPDATE: I finally got a real email back from Mindvalley and they resolved my issue. Upgrading my review from 1 star to 3... but still don't care for how determined I had to be to get any service.

My most recent experience was the cancelation of my subscription. The process was straightforward and there were no complications or hidden fees. When I was ready to return, it was simple to do. I received updates and notices by email every step of the way, which I appreciated, to keep up to date on when money would be taken out of my account and when I can resume my programs.

AI summit was great. Inspirational presenters, a lot of real life examples shown. They greatly presented also their personalities....after three days of summit, I felt like I know them as people, not only as professionals.

I must say, It is very very good.it has a great collection of programs and very easy to use. I also tested their refund policy and its probably the only app that gives back your money so easily , but since I couldn't find similar content anywhere else , I ended up subscribing again !
