The Ecovillage Laboratory invites you to join our Winter Community Training Lab.

At the beginning of this journey, during the first two months, we will be guided by Donal Gannon, an inspiring catalyst for personal, relational and cultural transformation, and a seasoned facilitator of community dynamics.

Every second weekend, Donal will lead a valuable training series (Resilient Together), introducing essential skills in communication, self-responsibility and interpersonal process, skills that are perhaps the most essential foundation for sustainable community life.

Between these training weekends, we will bring the learnings alive through real community living: sharing daily life, space, tasks, celebrations, intimacy and emotions. On the Mondays following each training, Donal will also offer a community coaching session, where challenges can be explored and processed. With his support, we will discover that community is not a fixed state but an ongoing process of transformation, personal growth and healing. In particular, we will learn how to step out of the drama triangle of victim, persecutor and savior roles, which so easily tempt us when living closely together.

Outside the weekend trainings, the Community Lab is not externally facilitated but consciously designed as a co-created learning environment. Each of us is invited to take initiative, care for our own needs and nurture the group process. The challenges that arise are part of the laboratory itself, inspiring participants to embody true self-responsibility and authentic empowerment. Alongside these challenges, there is the joy of co-creating simple beauty: gathering around cozy stoves, lighting bonfires under the stars, soaking in the hot tub, cooking and eating together, dancing, and discovering new sensations in the natural spaces we inhabit. These shared moments are as much a part of the learning as the trainings themselves.

At the same time, those who wish to engage with the community dynamic but prefer more indoor comfort can rent a space in our nearby Coliving House, with a large, permanently heated indoor area and Coworking spaces with high speed internet, an especially attractive option for digital nomads.
