Não vou mentir, no início decidi participar da Nomad Escape porque o local parecia super bonito e eu queria ver o sol uma última vez antes do fim do ano… Eu via o evento mais como um bônus legal.
Mas logo depois da discovery call com a Michelle, fiquei animado demais e estava contando os dias. E acontece que a espera valeu a pena: o retiro _foi_ incrível!
Fiquei genuinamente surpreso com a autenticidade das conexões que fiz, a simpatia de todos e as conversas profundas que todos tivemos. Além disso, agora posso riscar ioga da risada e karaokê soviético da minha lista de desejos.
Meu único arrependimento é que foi tão curto. Com certeza pretendo ver todo mundo de novo no futuro!

I won’t lie, I initially decided to participate in Nomad Escape because the location looked super nice and I wanted to see the sun one last time before the end of the year… I mostly saw the event as a nice bonus.
But right after the discovery call with Michelle, I was way too excited, and was counting down days. And it turns out, the wait was worth it: the retreat _was_ amazing!
I was genuinely surprised by the authenticity of the connections I made, the friendliness of everyone, and the deep conversations we all had. Also, I can now cross off laughter yoga and soviet karaoke from my bucket list.
My only regret is that is was so short. I definitely intend to see everyone again in the future!
