Estremamente poco professionali. Qualche settimana fa ho fatto domanda per una destinazione a novembre e ho aspettato quasi 2 settimane senza ricevere risposta. Ho provato a cercare un numero di telefono o un'email per comunicare con loro e controllare la mia candidatura, ma non ce n'è nessuno. Così ho scritto loro su messenger per informarmi sulla mia candidatura. Mi hanno risposto subito chiedendo più dettagli come il mio indirizzo email e hanno detto che non riuscivano a trovare niente ma che avrebbero controllato e mi avrebbero ricontattato. Dopo qualche giorno non avevo ricevuto notizie, così ho scritto di nuovo, ma questa volta non hanno nemmeno risposto e sì, hanno visto il mio messaggio. Sembrava un ottimo programma, ma dopo questa terribile esperienza in cui sono stati estremamente maleducati, poco professionali e chiaramente non gli importava della mia candidatura, non sono più interessato e l'ho raccontato ad amici e familiari, e lo racconterò a chiunque nomini questo programma.

Extremely unprofessional. I applied a few weeks ago to a destination in November and waited almost 2 weeks but didn't receive a response. I tried looking for a phone number or email to communicate with them and check on my application but there isn't one. So I wrote them on messenger inquiring about my application. They responded right away asking for more details such as my email address and said they could not find anything but would check and get back to me. After a few days, I had not heard back so I wrote them again but this time they didn't even reply and yes, they saw my message. Sounded like a great program but after this terrible experience where they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn't care about my application, I am no longer interested and have shared this with friends and family, and will share with anyone who mentions this program.
