Extrêmement peu professionnel. J’ai postulé il y a quelques semaines pour une destination en novembre et j’ai attendu presque 2 semaines sans recevoir de réponse. J’ai essayé de chercher un numéro de téléphone ou un e-mail pour les contacter et vérifier ma candidature mais il n’y en a pas. Alors je leur ai écrit sur Messenger pour m’enquérir de ma candidature. Ils ont répondu tout de suite en demandant plus de détails comme mon adresse e-mail et ont dit qu’ils ne trouvaient rien mais qu’ils vérifieraient et reviendraient vers moi. Après quelques jours, je n’avais pas eu de nouvelles alors je leur ai réécrit, mais cette fois ils n’ont même pas répondu et oui, ils avaient vu mon message. Ça avait l’air d’un super programme mais après cette terrible expérience où ils ont été extrêmement impolis, peu professionnels et se fichaient clairement de ma candidature, je ne suis plus intéressé et j’en ai parlé à mes amis et à ma famille, et j’en parlerai à quiconque mentionnera ce programme.

Extremely unprofessional. I applied a few weeks ago to a destination in November and waited almost 2 weeks but didn't receive a response. I tried looking for a phone number or email to communicate with them and check on my application but there isn't one. So I wrote them on messenger inquiring about my application. They responded right away asking for more details such as my email address and said they could not find anything but would check and get back to me. After a few days, I had not heard back so I wrote them again but this time they didn't even reply and yes, they saw my message. Sounded like a great program but after this terrible experience where they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn't care about my application, I am no longer interested and have shared this with friends and family, and will share with anyone who mentions this program.
