Mi sono imbattuto in Nomads in Wonderlands del tutto per caso, ed è stata una delle migliori decisioni della mia vita da nomade.

Inizialmente avevo intenzione di fare coworking al Coworking Antalya. Ma pochi giorni prima del mio arrivo, il proprietario mi ha detto che Nomaditerrean in Wonderlands sarebbe iniziato il giorno dopo e mi ha chiesto se volevo partecipare. Ho detto di sì e quattro settimane dopo ero davvero contento di averlo fatto.

L'esperienza ad Antalya è stata eccellente. L'evento aveva un ottimo equilibrio tra struttura e flessibilità. Potevo restare concentrato sul lavoro e allo stesso tempo partecipare a escursioni, gite in barca, mastermind, workshop, cene di gruppo e altre attività davvero ben pensate. C'era sempre qualcosa in corso, ma non sembrava mai forzato o opprimente.

Soprattutto, le persone erano fantastiche. Ho conosciuto un gruppo così bello di persone curiose, simpatiche e determinate che alla fine ho partecipato all'edizione di Bansko solo sei settimane dopo.

Bansko è stata altrettanto fantastica in un contesto totalmente diverso. Camille e Alex sono organizzatori molto bravi. Non è facile gestire da 30 a 40 persone per un mese, far filare tutto liscio e far sì che sembri comunque tutto personale. Hanno gestito molto bene la logistica e hanno anche creato spazio perché i partecipanti si coinvolgessero. Potevi proporre le tue idee, organizzare eventi o semplicemente unirti a quelli in cui ti riconoscevi. Questa flessibilità l'ha fatta sembrare una vera esperienza di comunità più che un ritiro preconfezionato.

Nomads in Wonderlands è più di una semplice workation. È uno spazio dove nascono connessioni vere. Se cerchi un equilibrio tra tempo di lavoro produttivo, conversazioni profonde, esperienze condivise e un divertente gruppo internazionale, lo consiglio vivamente.

Non vedo già l'ora del prossimo.

I stumbled into Nomads in Wonderlands completely by chance, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my nomad life.

Originally, I was planning to cowork at Coworking Antalya. But just days before I arrived, the owner told me that Nomaditerrean in Wonderlands was starting the next day and asked if I wanted to join. I said yes, and four weeks later I was really glad I did.

The experience in Antalya was excellent. The event had a great balance between structure and flexibility. I could stay focused on work while also joining hikes, boat trips, masterminds, workshops, group dinners, and other really thoughtful activities. There was always something going on, but it never felt forced or overwhelming.

Most importantly, the people were amazing. I met such a good group of curious, friendly, driven individuals that I ended up joining the Bansko edition just six weeks later.

Bansko was just as great in a totally different setting. Camille and Alex are very skilled organizers. It’s not easy to manage 30 to 40 people for a month, keep things smooth, and still make it all feel personal. They handled logistics really well and also created space for participants to get involved. You could offer your own ideas, host events, or just join the ones that resonated with you. That flexibility made it feel like a true community experience rather than a packaged retreat.

Nomads in Wonderlands is more than just a workation. It’s a space where real connections happen. If you’re looking for a balance of productive work time, deep conversation, shared experiences, and a fun international crowd, I highly recommend it.
