Me topé con Nomads in Wonderlands completamente por casualidad, y resultó ser una de las mejores decisiones de mi vida de nómada.

En un principio, pensaba trabajar en Coworking Antalya. Pero unos días antes de llegar, el dueño me dijo que Nomaditerrean in Wonderlands empezaba al día siguiente y me preguntó si quería unirme. Dije que sí, y cuatro semanas después me alegraba mucho de haberlo hecho.

La experiencia en Antalya fue excelente. El evento tenía un gran equilibrio entre estructura y flexibilidad. Podía mantenerme concentrado en el trabajo y, al mismo tiempo, unirme a excursiones, paseos en barco, masterminds, talleres, cenas en grupo y otras actividades muy bien pensadas. Siempre había algo en marcha, pero nunca se sintió forzado ni abrumador.

Lo más importante: la gente era increíble. Conocí a un grupo tan bueno de personas curiosas, simpáticas y con ganas de lograr cosas que acabé uniéndome a la edición de Bansko solo seis semanas después.

Bansko fue igual de genial en un entorno totalmente distinto. Camille y Alex son organizadores muy hábiles. No es fácil gestionar de 30 a 40 personas durante un mes, mantener todo fluido y aun así hacer que todo resulte personal. Gestionaron muy bien la logística y además crearon espacio para que los participantes se implicaran. Podías ofrecer tus propias ideas, organizar eventos o simplemente unirte a los que más te resonaban. Esa flexibilidad hizo que se sintiera como una verdadera experiencia de comunidad en lugar de un retiro empaquetado.

Nomads in Wonderlands es más que una simple workation. Es un espacio donde surgen conexiones reales. Si buscas un equilibrio entre tiempo de trabajo productivo, conversaciones profundas, experiencias compartidas y un grupo internacional divertido, lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Ya tengo ganas de la próxima.

I stumbled into Nomads in Wonderlands completely by chance, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my nomad life.

Originally, I was planning to cowork at Coworking Antalya. But just days before I arrived, the owner told me that Nomaditerrean in Wonderlands was starting the next day and asked if I wanted to join. I said yes, and four weeks later I was really glad I did.

The experience in Antalya was excellent. The event had a great balance between structure and flexibility. I could stay focused on work while also joining hikes, boat trips, masterminds, workshops, group dinners, and other really thoughtful activities. There was always something going on, but it never felt forced or overwhelming.

Most importantly, the people were amazing. I met such a good group of curious, friendly, driven individuals that I ended up joining the Bansko edition just six weeks later.

Bansko was just as great in a totally different setting. Camille and Alex are very skilled organizers. It’s not easy to manage 30 to 40 people for a month, keep things smooth, and still make it all feel personal. They handled logistics really well and also created space for participants to get involved. You could offer your own ideas, host events, or just join the ones that resonated with you. That flexibility made it feel like a true community experience rather than a packaged retreat.

Nomads in Wonderlands is more than just a workation. It’s a space where real connections happen. If you’re looking for a balance of productive work time, deep conversation, shared experiences, and a fun international crowd, I highly recommend it.
