J’ai participé à l’édition Costa Rica avec Noma en octobre dernier. C’était vraiment une expérience formidable. Les personnes qui animaient étaient géniales et les activités très amusantes.
Je veux faire un remerciement spécial à notre community manager, Javi. J’étais un peu nerveux(se) à l’idée d’aller dans un endroit où je n’étais jamais allé(e), mais avec Javi sur place, j’ai su que j’étais pris(e) en charge tout du long. Il était super accueillant et réactif à mes demandes, et aussi tout simplement quelqu’un de sympa ! Le premier jour, j’avais besoin d’une carte SIM. Bien que j’aie répondu tard, il a quand même réussi à m’en obtenir une et m’a aidé(e) à la configurer. J’ai aussi demandé un bureau dans la chambre, et il en a fait installer un dans ma chambre le jour même. Son cours de préparation du ceviche a été l’un de mes moments forts de ce voyage. Il a organisé plein d’activités sympas pour nous et nous a mis en contact avec la communauté locale. Javi a vraiment fait de mon séjour au Costa Rica avec NOMA une expérience chaleureuse. I went on the Costa Rica edition with Noma this October. It was truly an amazing experience. The people hosting were amazing and the activities were lots of fun.
I want to give a special shout-out to our community manager, Javi. I was a little nervous going to a place I've never been before, but having Javi there, I just knew I was taken care of all along the way. He was super welcoming and responsive to my asks, and also just a fun person! On the first day, I needed a sim card. Although I replied late, he still managed to get me a sim card and helped me set up. I also asked for a desk in the room, and he got one moved to my room the same day. His ceviche teaching class was one of my top highlights on this trip. He organized many fun activities for us and connected us with the local community. Javi truly made my Costa Rica experience with NOMA a warming one. Thank you Javi and NOMA!
