Nomad Lighthouse: Gozo, Malta 🇲🇹

Actualmente estoy intentando un cambio de carrera tras trabajar en contenidos durante casi 20 años, pero aún me siento incompetente y cuestiono constantemente mis propios talentos.
Adriana, la anfitriona de este excelente programa, nos ha ayudado con el autocuidado mediante yoga a primera hora de la mañana (créeme, ayuda a despejar la mente), talleres atrevidos sobre la carrera profesional, enfrentarse a los miedos y poner en práctica tus ideas. Tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir nuestros talentos, experiencias, ideas e incluso ansiedades. Siendo sincera, hubo algunos momentos incómodos porque enfrentarse a los miedos y a las inseguridades no es nada fácil.
Sin embargo, esta aventura de una semana me permitió aprender más sobre mí misma, conocer gente increíble, descubrir cosas nuevas como el ikigai, afrontar situaciones difíciles de la vida e incluso despejar la mente mientras decidía montar un negocio. Y lo mejor: es en una magnífica mansión en la preciosa isla de Gozo. Este viaje me dio la oportunidad de irme más fuerte que nunca. ¡Gracias, Adriana!

I'm currently attempting a career change after working in content for nearly 20 years, but I still feel inept and constantly question my own talents.
Adriana, the host of this excellent programme, has assisted us with self-care through early morning yoga (believe me, it helps you clear your mind!), daring workshops about career, facing your fears, and putting your ideas into action. We had the opportunity to share our talents, experiences, ideas, and even anxieties. To be honest, there were some awkward moments because confronting fears and inadequacies is not easy at all!
However, this one-week adventure allowed me to learn more about myself, meet amazing people, discover new things like ikigai, deal with difficult situations in life, and even clear my mind while deciding to start a business. And the greatest part: it's in a magnificent mansion on the gorgeous island of Gozo. This journey gave me the opportunity to leave stronger than ever. Thank you, Adriana!

Diría que los puntos fuertes para mí fueron:
- La estructura de procesos ideada por Adriana, que parte de una inmersión interior individual hasta la formación concreta de un nuevo negocio.
- Formar parte de un grupo pequeño donde cada persona tiene un objetivo específico, pero todas buscan una solución para su negocio. Todo el mundo se ayuda durante los talleres y fuera de ellos. ¡Eso fue muy bonito!
- Adriana se aseguró de que todos nos sintiéramos cómodos y siempre fue puntual.
- El lugar: la casa es muy bonita y cómoda, y Gozo es un sitio tranquilo e increíble para vivir este tipo de experiencia.

I had an incredible experience at this retreat!
I'd say the strong points for me were:
- The procedural structure devised by Adriana starts from an individual inner immersion to the concrete formation of a new business.
- Being part of a small group where everyone has a specific objective, but everyone is looking for a solution for their business. Everyone helps each other during and outside the workshops. That was really nice!
- Adriana made sure everyone felt comfortable and was always on time!
- The location: the house is very beautiful and comfortable and Gozo is a peaceful and incredible place to have this kind of experience.
