Lisboa y tener a Viv como mi city manager fue increíble. De verdad me dio una experiencia de conserjería de 5 estrellas. Respondía rapidísimo y siempre estaba encantada de darme recomendaciones de sobresaliente. Por ejemplo, me dio tres itinerarios distintos para ir de playa en playa. Los eventos de bienvenida y despedida que organizó fueron preciosos. Un tour profesional en coche de época y un paseo en barco al atardecer fueron maravillosos. También nos consiguió reservas en algunos de los mejores restaurantes (p. ej., Ponto Final). De verdad se superó. La ciudad de Lisboa en sí es increíble y recomendaría a todo el mundo el viaje RY Lisboa. Yo no me alojé en los apartamentos de RY, pero ojalá lo hubiera hecho porque eran preciosos y estaban muy céntricos. El espacio de coworking también era increíblemente bonito y céntrico. En conjunto, ¡Viv y Lisboa son un 10/10!

Lisbon and having Viv as my city manager was incredible. She truly gave me the 5 star concierge experience. She was extremely responsive and was always happy to provide A+ recommendations. For example, she gave me three different beach hopping itineraries. The welcome and farewell events she organized were lovely. Having a professional vintage car tour and a sunset boat cruise was wonderful. She got us reservations at some of the best restaurants as well (e.g., Ponto Final). She truly went above and beyond. The city of Lisbon itself is amazing and I would recommend everyone do the RY Lisbon trip. I didn't stay in the RY apartments but I wish I did because they were beautiful and centrally located. The coworking space was also incredibly gorgeous and centrally located. Overall Viv and Lisbon are a 10/10!
