Nach einem einmonatigen Aufenthalt in Marokko und einer Woche Segeln auf den BVIs und in Baja kann ich ehrlich sagen, dass Unsettled mich dazu gebracht hat, die Art, wie ich reise und die Welt erlebe, zu überdenken. Früher habe ich jahrelang alles gemieden, was mehr als nur mich oder ein paar Freunde umfasste, weil ich lieber mit leichtem Gepäck reiste, die Dinge einfach hielt und alle mögliche Freiheit hatte, umherzuwandern, impulsiv und neugierig zu sein.

Es stellt sich heraus, dass das Teilen des Entdeckungsprozesses mit einer eng verbundenen globalen Familie es noch besser machen kann, und die einmonatige Struktur von Unsettled gibt dir so viel Freiheit, wie du willst, um dein eigenes Abenteuer zu wählen. In Marokko konnte ich auch Rat zur Geschäftsentwicklung bekommen und geben, was mir nach meiner Rückkehr enorm geholfen hat. Die Segelreisen haben eine ganz neue Welt eröffnet, auf dem Wasser zu leben mit einem winzigen globalen Stamm. Insgesamt hat die Unsettled-Erfahrung die Erwartungen übertroffen und meine Welt für noch reichere Erlebnisse geöffnet, wenn ich rausgehen und erkunden will.

Having done a month long stay in Morocco and a week of sailing in the BVI’s and Baja, I can honestly say Unsettled has had me reconsider the way I travel and experience the world. Previously I had spent years avoiding anything that involved more than just me or a few friends as I preferred traveling light, keeping things simple, and having all the freedom possible to wander, be impulsive, and be curious.

Turns out sharing the process of discovery with a close knit global family can make it even better, and the month long structure of Unsettled gives you as much freedom as you desire to choose your own adventure. In Morocco I was also able to receive and give advice regarding business development which has helped me immensely upon returning. The sailing trips have opened up a whole new world of living on the water with a tiny global tribe. Overall the Unsettled experience has exceeded expectations and opened up my world to even richer experiences when I want to get out and explore.
