Ich habe jetzt zwei Reisen mit Noma gemacht und beide waren insgesamt tolle Erfahrungen. Sie sind eine neuere Firma, daher gibt es Dinge, die verbessert werden könnten, aber die Vorteile überwiegen etwaige Probleme bei weitem. Ich habe mich mit den Leuten in meinen Programmen richtig verbunden und hatte das Gefühl, zu einer Community zu gehören. Das Team ist unglaublich und geht über sich hinaus, damit du eine gute Erfahrung hast. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist so viel besser als bei anderen Firmen, und die kleinere Gruppengröße ist toll, um Leute wirklich kennenzulernen. Ich würde das definitiv jedem empfehlen, der sich beim Remote-Arbeiten nach Gemeinschaft sehnt.

I have now done two trips with Noma and both were overall great experiences. They are a newer company, so there are things that could be improved, but the pros far outweigh any issues. I really connected with the people in my programs and felt like I belonged to a community. The staff are incredible and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. The value for your money is so much better than other companies and the smaller group size is great for really getting to know people. I would definitely recommend this to anyone craving a sense of community while working remotely.
