Compa Life runs week-long group trips across Argentina and Latin America for people who already work remotely. It was founded by Lucía Sciurano, an industrial engineer from Ushuaia who spent years working remotely for tech startups, felt the isolation that comes with it, and started Compa to fix that.

Each trip is a "Com-Pack": a fixed-date week in a house or beach club somewhere beautiful, with a group who work the same way you do. You keep your normal hours from a shared workspace with its own Starlink, then spend evenings and weekends on group dinners and outdoor activities picked for each place.

What's included:

Trips are in Spanish and English, aimed at remote workers aged 23 to 46.
