I came across them by chance on social media and decided to treat myself for my birthday: I chose to trust them and dive into my very first coliving adventure in Zanzibar. Now that I've experienced it, I realize that calling it a "gift" is almost an understatement.

I left with a thousand doubts. I've always had the opportunity to work fully remotely, but felt I wasn't really taking advantage of it. Today, I can say with certainty: this is what I want and what I need. An intense experience, capable of changing you and helping you grow in many ways.

It's not just work. It's not just a trip. It's not even simply sharing time with strangers.
It's leaving and returning with an emotional state that can be summed up in one word: gratitude.

The awareness of meeting such people, and naturally feeling the desire to have them in your life, is a feeling I wish for everyone.

Li ho conosciuti per caso sui social e ho deciso di farmi un regalo per il mio compleanno: scegliere di fidarmi di loro e buttarmi nella mia primissima avventura di coliving a Zanzibar. Ora che l’ho vissuta, mi rendo conto che chiamarlo “regalo” è quasi riduttivo.

Sono partito con mille dubbi. Ho sempre avuto la possibilità di lavorare in full remote, ma sentivo di non sfruttarla davvero. Oggi posso dirlo con certezza: questo è ciò che voglio e ciò di cui ho bisogno. Un’esperienza intensa, capace di cambiarti e farti crescere sotto tanti punti di vista.

Non è solo lavoro. Non è solo viaggio. Non è nemmeno semplicemente condividere del tempo con degli sconosciuti.
È partire e tornare con uno stato emotivo che può essere riassunto in una sola parola: gratitudine.

La consapevolezza di incontrare persone così, e di sentire in modo naturale il desiderio di averle nella tua vita, è una sensazione che auguro a chiunque.

Ci vediamo nei prossimi coliving. Non vedo l’ora.
