I spent January in Belize with Noma Collective and had an incredible experience. It was such a fun way to live and work alongside other people who work online while still having structure, community, and adventure built into daily life.

Sarah was an amazing community manager, thoughtful, organized, and genuinely warm. During the month I checked off several bucket list experiences. I got PADI certified and learned how to scuba dive, caught my first tarpon on a fly rod, and met so many wonderful people along the way. We shared dinners, spent time on the beach, stayed productive with work, and enjoyed being somewhere warm and vibrant away from the winter cold.

The experience struck a great balance between community, adventure, and remote work life, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone interested in a digital nomad experience.
