My bf and I were invited to Umaya for Founder's Month and it was certainly an unforgettable experience. We extended our stay from 3 weeks to five because we found the vibe exactly what we wanted at the time. You're guaranteed a luxe (but affordable and not poncy) lifestyle as Umaya has AMAZING staff to support you during your stay and loads of amazing amenities like Lydia and her magical massages on the lagoon or an afternoon break from work on the paddleboards in the Caribbean Sea. While there were rocky moments with the internet, I stress that they were MOMENTS only and the Umaya Village staff do everything in their power to sort it out quickly. It's a wonderful place to live, work and meet people you will probably connect with for the rest of your life! <3
