The Noma Lisbon edition has been truly wonderful, filled with incredible novel experiences. We tasted the traditional food that lisbon had to offer, marveled at the atlantic at the edge of the western most point in europe, breathed in the history as the wind blew it in from the Tagus, and enjoyed music and drinks with the wonderfully open, kind-hearted people of Portugal.
This experience would not have been possible without Noma, and in particular without our community manager and fearless leader for the month Pedro who went above and beyond to facilitate all of this.
While a trip anywhere can be booked with ease, planting the seed of a transformative experience that grows into a cherished life long memory is another thing entirely, and I have to thank Noma and Pedro for their massive contributions to this month-long moment in time that will remain near and dear to my heart.
