The longer spread out format is so nice because you can still be productive with work and then tap into the various social events when you want. There are enough people attending as well so you can pick and choose the events that best suit you and not have to feel guilty about not attending everything. Another aspect that lends itself to the longer format is deeper relationships formed and friends for life. I've been to 3 Nomads in Wonderlands now and will be going to future events.
