I joined Noma Collective in Dharamkot, India during their July program, and the experience was absolutely incredible. Anisa, our community coordinator, was a true standout — prompt, inclusive, and incredibly easygoing. Despite a full calendar of events, she made everything feel effortless and unhurried. The community vibe she cultivated was warm, well-organized, and deeply human.

This was my second time doing a work-travel program (first was with Hacker Paradise), and Noma brought a unique balance of structure and freedom. The group attracted mission-driven solo travelers and remote professionals, and the energy was collaborative without being overwhelming.
