Hands down this has been one of the most rewarding, challenging and energizing experiences. How, you ask? In every way I thought it would be and in many ways I never expected. I learned to embrace the uncertainty that exists in my life, remembered the passion I have for my work and why I love doing it, discovered my Ikigai, tapped into the local culture for spirituality, focus and to learn mindfulness, worked on unique projects, took weekend trips to beautiful places, and more -- all in the company of an amazing group of people who challenged me, inspired me and encouraged me to think bigger, be bolder and never give up on my dream or my journey. So yeah, tell your friends and family this is as awesome as it sounds. And get ready to live outside of your comfort zone for a month. Honestly, I can't wait for my next trip.
