I joined the May 2023 co- live in Portugal and had a really magical experience. My intention was to reignite my long ago abandoned meditation practice and to co-work with others.There were so many aspect of this experience that went way above and beyond my expectation. The first was the other participants- I was gorgeous to be with so many kindred spirits, I laughed SO much and love that I have mades some wonderful friends for life. The second was the accommodation is stunning and super comfortable- Paulo and Tereza were wonderful hosts and made me feel so at home. The third was the meditation sessions everyday. I loved the guidance by Helen and it felt delicious to sink into a deep state of bliss on (most) days! Three weeks on and I am still meditating twice a day which is a huge win for me!Harry and Edgar were exceptional hosts, super fun, responsive and also gave us space to be and create.If you are looking for a colive experience, I highly recommend Innate.
