Full month experience in 2022
Passei um mês inteiro lá em 2022. A Marie organizou.
Ela facilitou tanto tudo. Não só o grupo era muito compatível, como a Marie também aproximou as pessoas com atividades de RH que organizou para todos. Os fins de semana fora juntos ajudaram muito a criar conexões fortes.
Além disso, o lugar onde ficamos era muito confortável, mas a equipe também fazia de tudo para nos ajudar com o que precisássemos para ficarmos mais confortáveis! Me senti muito acolhido.
A internet era via Starlink e isso nos proporcionou uma experiência de trabalho quase perfeita.
Quase porque sim, houve alguns contratempos de algumas horas, mas isso só aconteceu porque eles tinham acabado de começar com a Starlink e estavam acertando as coisas. Depois de um tempo, tudo foi resolvido e não houve mais problemas.
As Filipinas foram uma das minhas melhores viagens de 2022 e isso se deve muito, muito à Kaya e à Marie

If just facilitated so much everything. Not only the group was really very compatible but Marie also brought people together with Rh activities she organized for everyone. Weekends out together really helped buildin strong connections.
Furthermore the place we stayed was very comfortable but also the staff was actually getring out of their way to help us out with whatever we needed to be more comfortable! Felt so welcoming
Internet was served through starlink and that made us have a almost flawless work experience.
Almost because yes there were a couple of setbacks for a couple of hours but that only happened because they had just started with starlink and we're getting things right. After some time everything was sorted and there were no more issues.
Philippines was one of my best trips of 2022 and that is highly highly due to Kaya and Marie
