Estou tentando uma mudança de carreira depois de trabalhar com conteúdo por quase 20 anos, mas ainda me sinto incapaz e questiono constantemente meus próprios talentos.
A Adriana, anfitriã deste excelente programa, nos ajudou com o autocuidado por meio de ioga logo cedo (acredite, ajuda a clarear a mente!), workshops ousados sobre carreira, enfrentar os medos e colocar suas ideias em prática. Tivemos a oportunidade de compartilhar nossos talentos, experiências, ideias e até ansiedades. Para ser sincera, houve alguns momentos constrangedores porque confrontar medos e inseguranças não é nada fácil!
No entanto, esta aventura de uma semana me permitiu aprender mais sobre mim mesma, conhecer pessoas incríveis, descobrir coisas novas como o ikigai, lidar com situações difíceis da vida e até clarear a mente enquanto decidia abrir um negócio. E a melhor parte: é numa magnífica mansão na linda ilha de Gozo. Esta jornada me deu a oportunidade de sair mais forte do que nunca. Obrigada, Adriana!

I'm currently attempting a career change after working in content for nearly 20 years, but I still feel inept and constantly question my own talents.
Adriana, the host of this excellent programme, has assisted us with self-care through early morning yoga (believe me, it helps you clear your mind!), daring workshops about career, facing your fears, and putting your ideas into action. We had the opportunity to share our talents, experiences, ideas, and even anxieties. To be honest, there were some awkward moments because confronting fears and inadequacies is not easy at all!
However, this one-week adventure allowed me to learn more about myself, meet amazing people, discover new things like ikigai, deal with difficult situations in life, and even clear my mind while deciding to start a business. And the greatest part: it's in a magnificent mansion on the gorgeous island of Gozo. This journey gave me the opportunity to leave stronger than ever. Thank you, Adriana!
