Vim pelos workshops e fiquei pelas pessoas.
O que mais se destacou foi o cuidado por trás de toda a experiência — a variedade, o processo, a atenção aos detalhes. Os workshops trataram de temas reais e significativos, e a forma como toda a jornada foi desenhada fez tudo parecer coeso, não apenas uma lista de sessões.
Saí com motivação, uma estrutura mais clara para o meu trabalho e uma visão mais forte de para onde estou indo. Estar perto de pessoas que estão construindo coisas de verdade faz algo com você que é difícil de explicar.
Eu recomendaria? Para quem perguntar: com certeza.

I came for the workshops and stayed for the people.
What stood out most was the thoughtfulness behind the whole experience — the variety, the process, the attention to detail. The workshops covered real, meaningful topics and the way the entire journey was designed made it feel cohesive, not just a list of sessions.
I left with motivation, a clearer structure for my work, and a stronger vision for where I'm heading. Being around people who are actively building things does something to you that's hard to explain.
