Participei do primeiro Borderless Retreat em Lisboa e foi uma experiência inacreditavelmente incrível que eu recomendaria a qualquer pessoa. Foi uma semana cheia de workshops sobre temas relacionados a crescimento pessoal, meditação ao ar livre, yoga e conversas sobre estados internos e emoções. O que mais amei foi a possibilidade de conhecer com facilidade e se conectar de verdade, profundamente, com pessoas interessantes e de mente aberta. O espaço era super confortável e seguro, o que me deu a sensação de que eu podia realmente compartilhar meu verdadeiro eu com os outros e receber o mesmo. Além disso, tudo foi moderado pelos energéticos organizadores Marta e Maris, que fizeram um trabalho incrível criando tudo isso. 😍❤👌

I took a part in the first Borderless Retreat in Lisbon and it was unbelivable amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone. It was the week full of workshops of topics related to personal growth, outside meditation, yoga and conversations about inner stages and emotions. What I loved the most was the possibility to easily meet and really deeply connect interesting open-minded people. The space was super comfort and save, what gave me a feeling I that I can really share my trueself with others and receive the same. Futhermore everything was moderated by energetic organizators Marta and Maris that made incredible job creating all of this. 😍❤👌
