Wow. Che settimana! Dopo un anno di pandemia sentivo il bisogno di connettermi con altri esseri umani e sono così felice di aver scelto Borderless per tornare nel mondo.
Il team mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio dal momento in cui ho messo piede in casa. La dinamica del gruppo era abbastanza magica da farmi sentire al 100% me stessa durante tutto il processo.
Le attività mente + corpo erano sia divertenti che ispiranti.
Il cibo era sano e buonissimo.
C'erano momenti per stare da soli e altri per condividere.
La casa e l'ambiente erano tranquilli e bellissimi...
In altre parole, questo ritiro è perfettamente bilanciato in tutto ciò che offre. E l'equilibrio non è proprio ciò che cerchiamo tutti nella nostra vita? 😉

Wow. What a week! After one year of pandemic, I was feeling the need to connect with other human beings, and I'm so glad I chose Borderless to go back to the world.
The team made me feel comfy from the moment I stepped into the house. The group dynamic was magical enough for me to feel 100% myself during the whole process.
The mind + body activities were both fun and inspiring.
The food was healthy and yummy.
There were times to be alone and others to share.
The house and setting were quiet and beautiful...
In other words, this retreat is perfectly balanced in everything it offers. And isn't balance precisely what we're all looking for in our lives? 😉
