Nous avons passé 5 jours à Aperanti pour une expérience cuisine et gastronomie. Sara et Tassos n’auraient pas pu faire plus pour rendre notre séjour meilleur. Les cours de cuisine étaient très amusants, nous avons adoré faire du halloumi. La nourriture pendant notre séjour était excellente, tous des produits locaux et magnifiquement présentés. Notre chambre était très confortable, avec de beaux lits propres et confortables et joliment meublée dans un style traditionnel. Sara et Tassos ont pris le temps de nous faire découvrir la région et d’enrichir notre expérience en nous guidant à travers la flore et la faune locales. Ils sont très compétents et à juste titre fiers de la région. Si vous cherchez un séjour qui vous fait découvrir le vrai visage de Chypre, avec une excellente cuisine et le temps d’apprendre à la préparer, n’hésitez pas à séjourner à Aperanti.

We spent 5 days at Aperanti for a cookery and food experience. Sara and Tassos couldn’t have done any more to make our stay better. The cookery lessons were great fun, we loved making halloumi. The food we had during our stay was excellent, all local products and beautifully presented. Our room was very comfortable, lovely clean and comfortable beds and nicely furnished in traditional style. Sara and Tassos spent time showing us the local area and adding to our experience by guiding us through the local flora and fauna. They are very knowledgeable and rightly proud of the area. If you are looking for a stay that introduces you to the real side of Cyprus, with excellent food and time to learn how to cook it don’t hesitate to stay at Aperanti.
