Je viens de terminer mon deuxième voyage avec Noma, et je peux dire en toute confiance qu’ils ont placé la barre très haut pour les voyages de travail à distance. Juan a été mon community manager lors des deux voyages, et il est exceptionnel : organisé sans être rigide, accessible sans jamais paraître stressé, et toujours à trouver le parfait équilibre entre activités de groupe et temps libre. On sent qu’il tient vraiment à créer une super expérience pour tout le monde.

Après 3 ans et demi comme nomade digital, je peux honnêtement dire que Noma m’a offert le meilleur sentiment de communauté et de lien social que j’aie trouvé nulle part ailleurs. Voyager avec eux, c’est comme rejoindre un groupe d’amis qui comprennent tout simplement — et j’ai hâte du prochain voyage.
