Había oído hablar de Unsettled y me encantaba el concepto, pero como alguien que trabaja en la industria del turismo como guía, una de las últimas cosas que quiero hacer cuando por fin tengo tiempo suficiente para estar en casa es volver a irme. Unsettled lanzó su Virtual Lifestyle Incubator unas pocas semanas después de que dejara mi trabajo de más de 4 años y estaba perdiendo el rumbo sobre qué quería hacer a continuación, sobre todo siendo alguien del ámbito del trabajo independiente de la ubicación, donde a menudo estamos tanto malcriados como maldecidos por las opciones. Fue absolutamente increíble formar parte de una comunidad de gente de muchos ámbitos de la vida que había pasado y estaba pasando por muchas partes de mi propio proceso de transición en mi vida profesional y personal. I had heard of Unsettled and loved the concept, but as someone who works in the travel industry as a tour guide, one of the last things that I want to do when I finally have enough time to be home is to leave again. Unsettled launched it's Virtual Lifestyle Incubator just a few weeks after I had left my job of 4+ years and was losing direction with what I wanted to do next, especially as someone in the realm of location-independent work, where we are often both spoilt by and cursed with options. It was absolutely amazing to be a part of a community of people from so many walks of life who had gone through and were going through many parts of my own process of transitioning in my professional and personal life. The workshops were engaging and really helped my self-esteem in so many ways as well. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend anyone to join this virtual experience, no matter where in your life process you might be right now.
