Participé en la edición de Lima en marzo de 2025.

Aunque empecé este viaje con mucha aprensión, la inmediatez con que se atendieron mis preocupaciones y el ánimo del equipo de Noma es algo que siempre agradeceré. Pasar 3 semanas con gente genial en un lugar nuevo y estar guiada por dos community managers estelares (¡hola Angel y Juan!) fue exactamente la aventura que no sabía que necesitaba.

Hubo un buen equilibrio que priorizaba mi vida laboral, pero permitía flexibilidad y un montón de opciones para apuntarse o no a las actividades. Además de las actividades programadas, Angel y Juan eran un pozo de conocimiento sobre atracciones locales y de gran ayuda sugiriendo opciones alternativas para las veces en que quería explorar por mi cuenta.

Habiendo querido viajar a Perú durante mucho tiempo, ¡no podría haber pedido una experiencia más plena! De alguna manera superó todo lo que esperaba y recomiendo mucho esta edición.

I participated in the Lima edition in March 2025.

While I started this journey with much apprehension, the immediate care with which my concerns were addressed and the encouragement from the Noma team was something I will always be grateful for. Spending 3 weeks with some cool people in a new place and being led by two stellar Community Managers (hi Angel and Juan!) was exactly the adventure I didn't know I needed.

There was a nice balance that prioritized my work life, but allowed for flexibility and loads of options to opt-in/out of activities. In addition to the scheduled activities, Angel and Juan were a wealth of knowledge for local attractions and very helpful in suggesting alternative options for the times I wanted to explore on my own.

Having wanted to travel to Peru for a long time, I couldn't have asked for a more fulfilling experience! Somehow it exceeded anything I anticipated and I highly recommend this edition.
