My two-month stay with Casa Basilico in Brazil was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived everything was taking care of so that you could truly enjoy your time and focus on work. Jules and Fabio truly made the experience so special. They took care of all the logistics, created plenty of opportunities to socialize, and had an insider pulse on the area we were staying with the best excursions and weekend experiences lined up.

Whether it was planning activities or making sure we always had incredible meals (which of course we did) they created an environment where you could just enjoy yourself and be present. The food, the atmosphere, the people—it all came together perfectly.

I’m already planning my next Basilico chapter :) If you’re looking for a place where everything is handled and all you have to do is enjoy great food, good company, and a beautiful setting, Casa Basilico is it.

I first came to Casa Basilico feeling completely broken. People I met there not only made my time there great but also helped me piece myself back together. It’s a coliving but it feels more like a family. Since then, I joined them two more times and it was just as amazing! Juls & Fabio are the best community managers I encountered but also best chefs, best entertainers, best listeners, best gym buddies and the list goes on. Just book that room, trust me!

I spent two weeks at the Casa Basilico chapter in Morocco, and honestly it’s one of those experiences that’s hard to fully capture in words.

What they've built with Basilico is something really really special, a growing, diverse, and beautiful community that you feel part of almost instantly.

Going to Basilico chapter isn’t just a place a coliving experience, it's something else. You’re living in a stunning house, sharing a big kitchen, cooking endless pasta, drinking loads of wine and connecting with people who start as strangers but become friends suuuper quickly.

It's a perfect balance between working, enjoying life and meeting cool people. You can join awesome plans whenever you feel like but are super free to spend time on your own if you want. And all of this in super cool locations.

Fabio and Juls are the most amazing hosts ever. They create an atmosphere that will make your Basilico experience unforgettable, whatever chapter you join 💚

If you're looking to spend a couple of weeks or a month with some amazing people, and hosts that actually care about the experience (I've never done another colive where they're so involved in planning the experience and making it logistically easy for the guests), Casa Basilico is what you're looking for. Oh, and did I mention the pasta? *chefs kiss*

I met Juls and Fabio at a digital nomad event in the Alps and instantly loved their vibe. Joining them in Madeira and later in Brazil was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made.

Casa Basilico isn’t just coliving, it’s a whole lifestyle. From day one, it feels like you already have a group of friends. There are always spontaneous plans ,super original, fun, and really connected to the local culture. And the locations are amazing… the kind you can’t stop thinking about once you leave.

And of course, cooking Italian food together just makes it even better. Already looking forward to the next carbonara and tiramisu 😄

When i look back and think of the best decisions & experiences I've ever had in my life, Casa Basilico's coliving was definitely a top highlight!!! It was difficult for me to understand what a digital nomads coliving is, but when I experienced a chapter with them in Brasil, and saw many other colivings around the world & compared, I realized why I'm at the best & how having them organize it made the experience 1000x better.

It's not only the way they curate the group & make sure everyone feels welcomed & part of a warm diverse family, it's also more about the way they pick every single apsect to put the whole chapter & experience together in the uniquest ways possible.

It feels so good to be living with & taken care of by foodies. Always had the best times gathering around the basil pot picking fresh leafs & preparing the most delicious dinner together, everything so good & from scratch. Like our grandparents used to live, but with a modern twist of having the community manager on the side making sure we have a full fun schedule of things to do in the coliving & around the city.

Juls & Fabio are amazing people & no wonder why how everytime they manage to pick the perfect characters in each chapter creating the funniest, most interesting, dramatic (in a good way) reality show for us to live in.

I loved how spoiled it felt to be in a coliving specifically with casa basilico because it always felt like they pre-booked the best thing, all the hidden gems, the best place to stay, from practicality to aesthetic to budget friendly to location, involvement in the local community & eco-tourism, high taste in food, endless fun & planned activities, motivation to push yourself to better like wellness activities & sports. They call it community management but I think it's much much more! Always beyond expectations 🫶🏽

Thanks to @casabasilico.coliving, what started as my first coliving experience in Morocco turned into two unforgettable weeks filled with amazing people, spontaneous adventures, lots of laughter, and memories I’ll keep for a long time. One of the things I loved most was that I didn’t have to think about anything, everything was perfectly organized by Juls and Fabio, so all I had to do was enjoy the experience. Somehow, those two weeks felt like a real holiday, even though I was working full time during my stay.

Casa Basilico is like no other coliving. It’s a month of adventure, incredible food, laughter, wine, more incredible food, somehow even more wine and a little bit of chaos in the best way. It’s a truly unique experience thoughtfully brought to life by Fabio and Juls.

I want to leave a sassy review because that’s how close I’ve gotten to Jules and Fabio but I’ll try to be sincere!! They’re the best it’s such a fun time no matter what chapter you do. Literally obsessed with them and most importantly they’re obsessed with me. You don’t get this kind of personal connection with any other coliving programs. 100/10

Came to Casa Basilico through a trip to Brazil with them and honestly… best decision I’ve made in a long time.

From day one I felt super safe and taken care of, which matters a lot when you’re traveling somewhere new. The setup was perfect for remote work too, good environment, no stress, easy to focus when I needed to.

But the best part is how they balance it. I’d close my laptop and suddenly the day would switch gears completely. Everything was already planned, and not in a rigid way, just smooth. ATVs, jet skis, dinners, samba… always with an amazing group of people on the same vibe.

It never felt like a “tour”, more like living a really good life for a while with the right people around.

Genuinely one of the best trips of my life.

After one month in Brazil with Casa Basilico, my heart is full, my belly as well, my liver is still recovering from countless caipirinhas.

Staying at Casa Basilico feels like being on a month-long school trip — but with adult money. Can you imagine? No? Then you’ll have to see it for yourself.

Waking up in a jungle chalet, working a little (or a lot — that’s up to you), rushing to the beach to watch turtles being released into the ocean, and ending the day making lasagna while snacking on homemade focaccia and sipping wine. All the while realizing that these random strangers you moved in with slowly but surely become close friends.

You’ll tick off things on your bucket list you didn’t even know were on it. And while the month flies by, it somehow still feels like you’ve spent several months in a picture-perfect bubble.

I've done two trips with Basilico now and both have been unforgettable! Jules and Fabio are the most gracious, generous hosts and they know how to have a good time (and make proper focaccia, pasta, you name it.) Truly can't recommend them enough.

It’s really hard to put a Casa Basilico experience into words, because is so much more than just a ordinary coliving. It’s a whole journey you going through - with every day waiting surprises, gatherings and unforgettable moments & all while you follow your normal job.

I spent one and a half months in Brazil with them, and it was truly one of the most beautiful and life-changing experiences of my life. From the first day, Juls and Fabio been amazing hosts.

It felt like being part of a big family, where you always could organize things together, but at the same retreat if you needed your space. Highlight of Casa Basilico are of course the cooking nights - here you dive deep into Italian (but also other) cuisine! Its the perfect way to mingle and get to know each better.

On our days off and also on certain evenings Juls and Fabio organize events and activities - super easy you can just join and everything else is taking care of! That level of comfort and ease made this one of the most relaxing and still eventful experiences ever.

If you’re looking for more than just a boring coliving — if you’re looking for real connection & experiences — Casa Basilico is yours 🍝 obrigada guys, your amazing much love!

I did a chapter with them and definitely not my last one! Juls and Fabio will give their best for our experience organizing delicious dinners, planing a lot of activities, taking care of a LOT of things, not to mention the surprise weekend. I felt on a summer camp for 1 month, meeting amazing people and living my best life... and still working all day long! I totally recommend this coloving if you want more than just accommodation and a kitchen, it's a real experience and you will love every part of it. Many nomad friends had told me about casa basilico, and staying with them did not disappoint!! We had the best time in Morocco and I can’t wait to join them again in the future.

I joined 4 chapters in total and when I look back those were the months when I felt the most alive and happy ❤️ can’t wait to see what Juls and Fabio prepared for next year

This is my second Coliving experience. Comparing to the first one this one assuming having a lot of activity which is hard to avoid (group dynamics), which makes it hard to be lazy.
Would recomment for those people who wants fun everyday

I joined Casa Basilico for the first time during the Gran Canaria chapter — just two weeks. That was enough to fall in love with the concept. I decided to trust Fabio and Julia, booked every chapter of 2025, and ended up spending almost seven months with them. I had the best time ever, met amazing people, and built friendships that I know will last. For me, Basilico is more than a coliving — it's feeling alive.

Julia and Fabio become your best friends from day one. They take care of everything: transportation, activities, weekends, even emotional support when you need it. Every time I arrived at a new chapter, my life was fundamentally sorted for a month. I honestly have never seen two people put so much effort into making sure everyone is enjoying every single moment.

Casa Basilico founders Juls & Fabio are responsible for my highlight months in the past several years. The effort and energy they put in this project is unmatched, making a choice to spend my limited allowed remote working days in Basilico chapters a priority.

Co-living is organized with a mix of German planning and Italian spontaneity, with the intention of creating memories for life and building meaningful connections.

Don't be intimidated by their foodie co-living mantra if your cooking skills are lacking - being social, joining all activities, and helping with the dishes goes a long way.

Proud to be part of the Basilico community from the get-go and can't recommend it enough to anyone who has the flexibility of working remotely.

Making friends (who felt like family), eating homemade food, lots of activities to participate in, what's not to love?? One month with Basilico wasn't enough. I've done a few colivings in the past, but the genuine passion and care that the organizers, Fabio and Juls, brought to the experience set a new standard for all colivings in my opinion. Can't recommend enough!

It's listed as a tourist agency, it cannot be described with any word below incredible. Once you join, you become part of a family, living in incredible locations chosen by the organizers. From enjoying incredible and delicious food to participating in countless fun activities like dancing, sports, relax, and dinners, everything is carefully chosen with all participants, building memories for a lifetime and friendships across the world. Looking forward to the next chapters. <3

I came alone, I left with so many nomad friends that I can't wait to see around the world. It was the perfect balance of social time, focus time and meal time. I am sad as I don't think I will ever find a better coliving than this. Casa Basilico set a new standard. I Hope the rest of my life looks like my one month in Brasil with them.

What is required: positivity, joy, enthusiasm, and an occasional rolling up of the sleeves for homemade lasagne, gnocchi or ravioli.

From across the globe we congregated in Pipa, Brazil for a few magical weeks. Trying to sum up the experience is impossible but here is my attempt:
- Watching the moon rise over a sand dune
- Enjoying fresh shucked oysters and cocktails at sunset
- Swimming with dolphins
- Late night dancing to reggaeton followed by after parties in the jacuzzi

Casa Basilico is your induction into a global network of traveling free spirits whose collective wisdom is unparalleled. I now know which hostel to check out in Trebinje, the best co-work in Oaxaca and what is a must do in Cusco.

Warning: Along with learning new dance moves you may never return to the 9-to-5 office life.

Genuine review from a genuine person, but I highly recommend it! Spent an incredible month organized by Casa Basilico, and the organization was so great I didn't even have to think of what to do. They took care of us, and made sure we were sorted. This is also a unique coliving space as the organizers are part of the group you socialize with every day.

One of the best co-livings I've ever been to. I made great connections there and shared amazing experiences—experiences that I will be talking about for years. Fabio and Juls really care about the community, and their priority is to make the experience unforgettable for every single person. I highly recommend Casa Basilico co-living, especially if you appreciate good food and want to make new friendships that will last for years.

I loved the month I spent with CB! The group was super tight-knit, we did tons of cool activities, and we absolutely stuffed our faces with homemade lasagna.

One time I went to a Selina and there was no basil. What gives? Casa Basílico has all the basil, so 10/10 for that. Selina, do better.

Casa Basílico also has two of the best community managers I’ve had at a Coliving space, ever. They make sure that you’re having the time of your life, but also that your needs are met. With Casa Basílico you will certainly make new friendship that can take you across the globe. You may even strengthen old friendships, because Casa Basílico alumni like to travel. Best coliving experience i've ever had! Super social, but also enough privacy to get some work done. Been with them to Sardinia and we did many weekend trips, would recommend going if you are searching for new connections, adventure and a nice place to work from!
